Marc Ashton
Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer, Marc Ashton provides our strategic vision, framework and global initiatives. As the co-founder, he is an outsourcing, BPO and call center master, with over 23 years of executive operations experience.
Marc began his career as a customer service agent. He knows who the backbone of our company, truly is. He has led the vision and success of several Fortune 500 companies, such as Walgreens, Verizon Wireless and DirecTV. Marc understands client engagement, outsourcing solutions and the key to dynamic customer interactions. His vision, passion, determination and genuine leadership are the foundation of our success.
Marc attended Utah State University and the University of Phoenix, with a degree focused on Business and Psychology. He is also certified in Lean Six Sigma.
Valerie Kirkland
Chief Financial Officer
As the Chief Financial Officer, Valerie Kirkland provides our financial structure and global marketing initiatives. As the co-founder, she is a sales, marketing, and financial expert, with over 20 years of executive leadership experience.
Valerie began her career in the hospitality and financial sector. She has spent the majority of her career with Wyndham and Starwood, as a senior executive in sales and marketing. Valerie also owned a very successful marketing company. Her financial, sales, marketing and business experience is critical to our success.
Valerie attended Colorado Mountain College and University of Phoenix with degrees in Applied Science, Business & Accounting. She holds Real Estate & Time Share licensees in multiple states.
Michele Kaufman
Executive Solutions Officer
Michele is an administrative professional with over 30 years of executive administrative experience supporting C-Suite executives. Michele spent the first 24 years of her career working for ARCO, retiring three presidents before leaving in 2000. Before joining MVA Solutions, she worked for the CEO and regional president of a long-term care company.
Michele enjoys reading, cooking, and entertaining. She lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with Harold, her husband of 40 years.
Michele has a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Phoenix and earned a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
Jesse Floyd
Director of Operations
Jesse is an industry professional with over 15 years of sales, customer service, and call center experience. Jesse moved to Arizona in 2015 from Sacramento, California and began his career with MVA Solutions in 2017 as an Education Advocate. Jesse was promoted to Director of Operations in 2021.
Jesse is an Air Force Veteran and specialized in communications during his service. Jesse enjoys basketball, art, and music. He and his wife Christina have been married for seven years.
